Improvements to existing Features

  • Define your own ROW HEIGHT in the reservation chart. Using your mouse, point between the first and second row at the top of the chart until you see the mouse change to a double arrow. Now drag the top row to the desired size. Now click “Set Row Height” button at the bottom of the screen.

  • Use the new “MENU” button to access all features related to reservations. From the reservation chart, select a reservation by clicking on it with your mouse. Now click on MENU screen and select the action you need to take, such as “Print Bill” or “Check-in.”




  • Night Audit report (in Suite) has been completely revamped providing more detailed reporting.

  • Custom reports now operate smoothly, providing endless configurations of data.

  • The Weekly calendar has been updated to provide better visibility by displaying room names on a lighter background.

  • Housekeeping report has been updated, now more user-friendly with large empty columns for printing.

  • The Quick Reservation screen now includes “Number of Children.” You can now modify the dates of a reservation without resetting the number of units.

  • Group Reservations now allow split billing, and Group Report has been updated to reflect split billing.

  • Some reports now include full options for reporting: Based on Arrival Date, Based on Departure Date, Based on Transaction Date

  • Refund option from Billing screen provides accurate calculations regardless of payment method type.

New Training Database in Deluxe, Premier, Suite 4.0

  • Every version of Easy InnKeeping now comes complete with TWO databases. The Demo Database can be used by your property for training staff. The Demo Database can also assist you in reviewing report features, since it includes hundreds of reservations. The Release Database contains all of your live reservation data.

New Reports in Basic, Deluxe, Premier and Suite 4.0

Daily Report
  • This new report offers a day-by-day snapshot of your in-house guests! This is a handy report for the smaller property that doesn’t utilize night audits. Provides guest information, summary of reservation and tax totals, and total paid to date.
 
Birthday List
  • For properties that like to send friendly greetings and special offers for the guest who would like to celebrate their birthday with a night’s stay!
 
New Module available for Suite 4.0!
  • NEW! Credit Card Processing module. Process credit cards from Easy InnKeeping (Credit Card processing module required). To create a refund from the “Billing” screen, select Refund and enter amount to refund, and then click on the swipe card Icon. In the pop up a dialog box, enter the transaction Id provided by your Authorize.Net receipt for the original transaction. Enter the transaction ID in the box and click on OK.

NEW Housekeeping Feature!
  • A complete list of room status displays through color-coding on the Reservation Chart. Track maintenance, repairs and cleaning status.
 
  • The Advanced Housekeeping Report displays all the occupied rooms in the property. It also displays the turn over dates and check-out dates, so the manager can schedule cleaning for the rooms.
 
 
Direct Billing
  • Reservations can be directly billed to companies for the guests that occupy units. By defining companies the property manager will be able to directly bill the company for the guests stay. You will also be able to set a credit limit for each company.
 
Reservation Agency
  • Reservations can be made through Reservation Agencies. Defining these agencies will be useful in calculating the commission that needs to be paid to them.
