The Weekly Calendar shows a list of all the rooms in your inn and its occupants for the current week. The dates of the current week are displayed on the top of the screen. A virtual calendar is displayed in the left margin. The Rooms and its corresponding guest are displayed starting from Sunday through Saturday. All the reservations that are not confirmed yet are displayed in red. You can check this for any week by selecting a day in the calendar that is displayed.

·    Click on the Refresh button to make sure that the correct data is displayed when you change dates.

·    Click on the Quick Reservation button to view the existing reservation details or enter new reservations.

·    Click on the Print button to print this view.

·    Click on the Close button to exit this screen.
