The different types of Rooms that your inn could have are added in this screen. These will be displayed in the Rooms screen as Room Type to be selected from.

To access the Room Types screen, go to Setup > Room Type in the main menu. The Room Types screen is displayed.

To Add Room Types

1.   Click on the Add button.

2.   Enter the name of the room type and click on the Save button

3.   The new room type gets added to the list.

To Delete Room Types

1.   Select the Room Type that you want to delete from the list.

2.   Click on the Delete button. A confirmation message “Are you sure you want to delete this Room Type type?” appears. Click on “Yes” if you are sure that you want to delete.

Then click on the Close button to exit the screen.
