The reservation information in Easy InnKeeping has to be periodically updated. New reservation requests have to be downloaded into the local system. Reservations that have been made by the innkeeper has to be uploaded to OnlineInn.com, so that guest can view the availability information. To view this screen, select Online Availability > OnlineInn Update Schedule.
The time interval to do the updation is set in this screen.

Select how to display availability on www.onlineinn.com. It can be displayed either by Search Availability By Dates or Search Availability By Calendar.
· When the Search Availability By Dates options is selected, the availability for the specified reservation dates are displayed.
· When the Search Availability By Calendar option is selected, the availability for all the dates of the month are displayed in the form of a calendar.
If you do not have a dedicated phone line or cable line for your Internet service, select options available under Manual Upload and Download.
· If this is the first time you are using the upload schedule, select All Reservation option and click on the Upload Now button.
· If you are updating your availability information, select Current Reservations option and all the changes made since the last update will automatically be selected and uploaded to the Online Inn Availability. Then click on the Upload Now button.
If you have a dedicated phone line to the system for Internet access, DSL or cable modem, select the options available for Automatic Upload and Download.
· Select the Upload to OnlineInn:Periodically option.
· Enter the period of time interval that the internet will automatically start dialing-in, to update the current availability information. For example, if you want to dial-in every 10 minutes, enter 00:10.
· Click on the Start Upload Clock button.
Then click on the Close button.
