The Income Summary report works just like the Occupancy report, and also gives the total income in the specified period. To access the Income Summary Report screen, click on Reports > Income Summary Report. It can be viewed for the current week, month, year or specific date range by selecting the appropriate option provided. They can be viewed as Line Charts, Bar Charts and Printed.

Then click on Line Chart to view the information in Line Chart.

Clicking on the Bar Chart button displays the information in Bar Chart format.

Clicking on the Print Report button prints the report or chart.
