Importing Data into Excel from Easy InnKeeping - Windows 2000

  1. Open a worksheet in Excel and click the cell where you want to start the external data range.
  2.  On the Data menu, point to Get External Data, and then click New Database Query.
    IF MS QUERY OPTION IS NOT INSTALLED, YOU WILL BE PROMPTED TO INSERT YOUR MICROSOFT OFFICE CD.  THE OPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY INSTALL WHEN CD IS INSERTED.
  3.  In the “Choose Data Source” screen, click on the databases tab and select “Visual Fox Pro Databases”  from the list and click “OK”
