Employee Setup

Use the Employee screen to enter employee name and password information. If you have enabled the Security option in the Inn Information screen, it is necessary to enter the Name and Password of the worker in order to be able to use the software. The name of the worker who entered the reservation details will be displayed in the Reservation screen based on name entered in this screen.

To access the Employee screen, go to Setup > Employee in the main menu. The setup screen is displayed.

To Add Employees

1.   Click on the Add button.

2.   Enter the Name of the user.

3.   Enter the Password.

4.   Click on the Save button.

Click on the Close button to close the screen.

 

To Delete Employees

1.   Select employee that you want to delete from the list provided.

2.   The Name and Password of the selected employee is displayed in the appropriate text boxes.

3.   Click on the Delete button.

4.   A confirmation message, “Are you sure you want to delete?” is displayed.

5.   Click on Yes button if you are sure that you want to delete.
