The Daily Calendar shows a list of all the rooms in your inn and the its occupants for the current day. The current date is displayed on the top of the screen. A virtual calendar is displayed in the left margin. The Rooms, its corresponding guest and their Check In and Check Out dates and times are displayed. Occupancy for any given day can be seen by clicking on a selected date in the calendar that is displayed in the left panel. All the reservations that are not confirmed yet are displayed in red. You can print this view for the current day and distribute it to the front desk and other housekeeping activities.

·    Click on the Quick Reservation button to view the existing reservation details or enter new reservations.

·    Click on the Print button to print this view.

·    Click on the Close button to exit this screen.
