The information that you enter in the screen is crucial because it will be displayed as your inn information in the OnlineInn system. So, please make sure that the information entered in this screen is accurate.

You can access this screen by clicking Online Availability > Setup Screens >Register Your Inn in the main menu. The following screen is displayed.

1.   The Name of Inn is displayed based on the information entered in the Inn Setup screen

2.   Enter your E-mail address, Phone, Address, State, City, Fax and Zip.

3.   Select Regions from the list provided.

4.   Enter your Web site.

5.   Select the Type of Lodging from the list provided.

6.   Enter the Toll Free Number

7.   Enter the Managers First Name and Last Name.

8.   Click on the Add button.

9.   Then click on Save button.

10.  Then click on the Upload to OnlineInn button.

11.  Then click on the Next button.
