Per-Incident Support - $50.00 minimum** +$2.00/minute over 25

Per-Incident Support allows you to contact On-Line Help, send an email or call the technical support line (713-981-5300), send a fax (832-553-1831) to receive one-on-one assistance from a GraceSoft support representative after providing a Visa, Discover, American Express or MasterCard number.

Availability: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, US Central Time (EXCLUDING Holidays).

After Hours Support - $50.00 minimum** +$2.00/minute over 25


After Hours Support allows any customer to contact technical support (713-981-5300) outside of our regular business hours. A GraceSoft support representative is ready to help with any emergency, business-down situations. When you call for after-hours support, please leave a message with details of your problem and your call-back information. A technician will be paged and will call you back as soon as they are able. Please have a Visa, Discover, American Express or MasterCard number ready for them when they return your call.

5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from
from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on weekends and holidays (US Central Time)

* Representatives can assist our customers on an as-available basis. Issues will receive responses in the order they are received.

On Site Training and Installation

 

GraceSoft offers on site training and installation services.

  •  Travel by car: $0.36 per mile,

  •  Travel by other mode of transportation (plane, etc.): cost of coach ticket,

  •  Meals: their cost, but not to exceed $40.00 per day.

  •  Lodging: their cost, but not to exceed $120.00 per day.

  •  $500 for half day, $750 for a full 8 hour day.
