Visit Types

The different types of visits that guests make to your inn are added and maintained in this screen. This will help you determine at what occasions your guests like to spend their time in your property, like vacation, wedding anniversaries, business or birthdays. The visit types that you add in this screen will be listed in the Guest screen.

To access the Visit Types screen, go to Setup > Visit Types in the main menu. The Referral Types screen is displayed.

To Add Visit Types

1.   Click on the Add button.

2.   Enter the name of the Visit Type and click on the Save button.

3.   The new Visit Type gets added to the list.

To Delete Visit Types

1.   Select the Visit Type that you want to delete from the list. It gets displayed in the text box.

2.   Click on the Delete button. A confirmation message “Are you sure you want to delete this record ?” appears. Click on “Yes” if you are sure that you want to delete.

Then click on the Close button to exit the screen.
