Unable to view the entire screen

1.   Changing the display properties of your computer can rectify this problem.

2.   Right click on the desktop area.

3.   In the pop-up menu, select Properties.

4.   The Display Properties screen is displayed. Click on the Settings tab.

5.   In the Screen area box, move the pointer until it reads at least 800 by 600 pixels.

6.   Click on the Apply button and then click on the OK button.

The cursor does not appear when I open a new screen.

1.   Hit the tab button. The cursor appears in the first text box.
