Setup Rooms with Easy WebRez

All the rooms that you want to be displayed in the Easy WebRez pages of your website are selected in this screen. Only the rooms that are added in this list can be viewed by potential guests.

You can access this screen by clicking Connect to Easy WbeRez > Setup > Rooms with Easy WebRez in the main menu. The following screen is displayed.

1. Select the Room from the Room Name list.

2. Enter the Room Description. The room notes entered in Setup > Units screen, is automatically displayed in this screen.

3. Enter all the amenities associated to this room by entering in the text boxes.

4. Enter the Regular Rate for this room.

5. Enter the Weekend Rate applicable to this room and select the dates that that the weekend rates are applicable

6. Enter Seasonal Rate. Select the dates in which the Seasonal Rates are applicable.

7. Enter the Max Occupancy for this Room.

8. Then click on Save button

9. Continue the above steps until you have added all the rooms that you want to display as available.

10. Then click on the Upload button.

11. Click on the Next button.
