Setting up your Property


Before you actually start using Easy InnKeeping, you will have to enter setup information in the following screens. You may have already done so using the setup wizard. The information that you had entered in the wizard will be available in the setup screens. Easy InnKeeping can be effectively used only after entering correct setup information.

First, the Property Information setup wizard appears. Enter all your property information and click on the Next> button.

Next, the Employee Name and Password setup screen appears. Enter the name of the user of this software and assign a password. If the Enable Login user & password screen option is enabled, you will be able to use this software only on entering the correct name and password. So, please make a note of the name and password. After entering the name and password, click on the Next> button.

Then the Tax Rates screen appears. Enter Tax information and click on the Next> button.

Next, the Visit Types screen appears. Enter Visit Types that you want to add. The most commonly used ones are already added for your convenience. After you are done, click on the Next> button.

The Referral Sources screen appears. Enter sources that you want to add. The commonly used sources are already added in the system. Then click on the Next> button.

Then, the Unit Types Screen appears. Some commonly used unit types are already added by the system for your convenience. Then click on the Next> button.

Next the Customize Labels Screen appears. Labels in certain screens can be modified to suit your requirements. Then click on the Next> button.

Then, the Unit Rates Screen appears. Some commonly used rates are already added by the system for your convenience. You can add new rates or modify existing ones to suit your needs. Then click on the Next> button.

Finally, the Unit Information screen appears. Enter unit information.

After entering the setup information, you are all set to go!!!
