Options Settings


Certain options in Easy InnKeeping can be customized to suit your preference. To access the Options screen, select Options > Options Setting in the main menu. The Options screen is displayed as shown below.

The default home page can be set to:

·    Default View (daily appointments screen)

·    Weekly Calendar

·    Daily Calendar

·    Monthly Calendar

Default screen is the opening screen that appears every time you close a screen.

Display Calendars by Unit Name: Selecting this option displays calendars by Unit Name. When this option is not selected, the units are listed by Unit Numbers.

Sort Calendars by Unit Name: Selecting this option sorts the calendars by Unit Name.

Sort Calendars by Unit Number: Selecting this option sorts the calendar by Unit Number.

Display Rate in empty cells: Selecting this option displays unit rate set for the date in the Monthly and Weekly Reservation Charts.

Check in color: Selecting a color from the list displays all checked in reservations in the selected color in the Reservation Charts.

Check out color: Selecting a color from the list displays all checked out reservations in the selected color in the Reservation Charts.

Group Reservation color: Selecting a color from the list displays all group reservations in the selected color in the Reservation Charts.

Confirmed Reservation color: Selecting a color from the list displays all confirmed reservations in the selected color in the Reservation Charts.

Unconfirmed Reservation color: Selecting a color from the list displays all unconfirmed reservations in the selected color in the Reservation Charts.

Set default roomset: Select the set of rooms that you want to be displayed in the Reservation Charts.

Set no of rooms display in Calendars: When you have more than 20 units, you can set the number of rooms that you want to display in the Reservation Charts.

Other Screen Settings

Set Default Check In Time: The time selected here will be set as Check In Time in the Reservation screen.

Set Default Check Out Time: The time selected here will be set as Check Out Time in the Reservation screen.

Print whole Credit Card Number: Click on this check box to view entire credit card number in the bill that is printed for guests.

Display all records in search forms as default view: In Guest Search and Reservation Search, all the records are displayed by default. Uncheck this option to avoid viewing the entire list each time.

Use this Date Format: Date throughout the application will be displayed based on the format selected in this list. Dates can be of the following formats.

·    mm/dd/yy (month/day/year)

·    dd/mm/yy (day/month/year)

·    yy/mm/dd (year/month/day)

Show Year in Four Digit: When this check box is selected, the year will be displayed in four digits. For example, as in 2001.

Use This Currency: Select your country from this list to display your local currency symbol.

Online Availability Settings

Register Again: Click on this check box if for the Easy WebRez online availability module was turned off. This will enable you to start using the Easy WebRez online module again after registration.

Disable Online Feature: If you are not interested in using the Easy WebRez online availability module, clicking on this check box can turn it off.

Check for Connection: Easy WebRez online availability module and sending confirmation e-mail will work only if there is internet connection. Click on this button if you want to verify if there is internet connection.
