Security
Levels of security can be defined in the security screen. Based on the security defined in this screen, employees will be able to access only the screens that the administrator gives them permission.
Only the administrator can assign permission for the different levels of users.
To access the security screen, click on Setup > Security. The Security screen is displayed as shown below:

To set security
Select the Privilege Level from the list provided. There are 3 levels of Privileges provided by default – Master Level, Entry Level, Entry Level2 and Entry Level3.
Each of the major modules and the tasks that can be performed within the module in Easy InnKeeping is listed. Now, click on the privilege that you want to give for the selected level.
Then, click on the Save button.
To add a new level of privilege, click on the Add button. Enter a name to identify the access level.
Select the tasks that can be performed for the selected privilege.
Then click on the Save button.
