Reservation Inbox
Guests can make reservations based on the information of your property displayed on your website. Based on settings in the Sync. your PC and Online Reservations screen, opening up this screen displays the reservations made by guests from your website.
You can access this screen by selecting Connect to Easy WebRez > New Online Reservations > Actual Reservations in the main menu. The Reservation InBox screen is displayed as shown below.

On opening the Inbox, all the reservation details (Last Name, First Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Home#, Work#, Email, Credit Card Type, Credit Card Number, Credit Card Exp. Date, Arrival, Departure, No. of Rooms, No. of Adults, No. of Children, Preferred Room and Booking Time) that guests have made from the website are displayed. Based on the reservation details that are displayed, you can choose to accept the reservation or reject the reservation by clicking on the appropriate buttons.
When you accept a reservation, the reservation details are automatically stored in the system and the reservation is completed.
To accept a reservation, select the reservation and click on the Move Selected Request Reservation button.
The Rooms and Rates Selection screen is displayed. Select Rooms and Rates from the list provided and click on the Reserve Room button.
Then, a message is displayed asking if you want to e-mail a confirmation letter to the guest. If you choose to send a letter, the Letters screen is displayed with details of the reservation. Click on the Print button to print the letter.
To e-mail the letter, click on the Email Letter button. Enter the e-mail address of the guest in the To Address text box. Enter your e-mail address in the From Address. Enter the e-mail address of the person you want to copy this letter to in the Copy To Address text box. Then click on OK button to send the e-mail
When you reject a reservation, an e-mail is sent to the individual stating there was no availability on the dates of their choice.
To move the reservation to waiting list, select the reservation and click on the Move Selected Request to Waiting List button.
To Reject a Reservation
To reject a reservation, it must be first moved from the Inbox to the Wailing List box.
Then, select the reservation in the Waiting Reservation List screen, select the reservation and then click on the Delete button.
You will be given an option to save the guest details.
Then, you will be given a chance to send an Email to the guest that there were no rooms available for the dates they selected.
