Referral Sources

     The different types of referrals are added and maintained in this screen. These are the different ways or media by which you propagate your inn. If you advertise in magazines, newspapers, or host a web site, each one of them can be listed. The Referral Types that you add in this screen will be added in the Reservation screen. This will help you to determine the popular means by which guests are referred to your property.

To access the Referral Types screen, go to Setup > Referral Sources in the main menu. The Referral Types screen is displayed.

To Add Referrals

1. Click on the Add button.

2. Enter the name of the referral and click on the Save button

3. The new referral gets added to the list.

To Delete Referrals

1. Select the referral that you want to delete from the list.

2. Click on the Delete button. A confirmation message “Are you sure you want to delete this record ?” appears. Click on “Yes” if you are sure that you want to delete.

Then click on the Close button to exit the screen.
