Monthly Reservation Chart

The Monthly Reservation Chart shows a list of all the rooms in your property and the its occupants for the current month. The dates of the current month are displayed on the top of the screen. A virtual calendar is displayed in the left margin. The Rooms and its corresponding guest are displayed starting from the first day through the last day of the month. You can check this for any month by selecting a day in the calendar that is displayed. Clicking on an occupied room will display the full name of the guest.

·    Click on Select Unit button go to a particular unit without using the scroll through the entire Reservation Chart to locate a particular unit. In the Unit Search dialog, you can search either by Unit Name or Unit Number. Enter the unit name or number in the Type Unit Name/No text box and the based on the entry, the unit name or number will be listed.

·    Click on the Refresh button to make sure that the correct data is displayed when you change dates.

·    Click on the Reservation button to view the existing reservation details or enter new reservations.

·    Click on the Print button to print this view.

·    Click on the Close button to exit this screen.

·    The colors set to the reservations are set and can be modified in the Option Settings screen.
