Property Information
Information about your property is saved in this screen. The information about your property entered in this screen will appear in the Billing screen, when you print bills for your guests. To access the Property Information screen, click on Setup > Property Information in the main menu. The Property Information is displayed as shown below.

Note: Please call your Internet Service Provider to find your Mail Server. Email confirmation letters and Easy WebRez will work only when the correct Mail Server is entered.
Enter Property Information
If you have already entered the property information during setup, it is displayed in the text boxes.
You can enter your Policy information in this screen. The policy information entered here will be printed in the bill that is given to guests.
You can also incorporate the picture or logo of your inn in the space provided. To include the picture, click on the Browse button. The Select your Inn Logo dialog appears. Select the location of the logo, highlight the file name and click on the Open button. The selected picture appears in the space provided.
Note: Only images with .jpg and .gif formats are recognized for Inn Logo.
If you want to modify, make the necessary changes and click on the Save button.
To clear all the information in the text boxes and enter it all over again, click on the Clear button. All the information in the text boxes is cleared. Enter the new inn information and click on the Save button.
Set Login and Password to enter Easy InnKeeping
If you want to enforce security, then click on the Enable Login user & password screen check box. When the security option is enabled, only users who have been entered in the Employee screen can use Easy InnKeeping software on entering the correct Name and Password.
