Daily Reservation Chart

The Daily Reservation Chart shows a list of all the rooms in your property and the its occupants for the current day. The current date is displayed on the top of the screen. A virtual calendar is displayed in the left margin. The Rooms, its corresponding guest and their Check In and Check Out dates and times are displayed. Occupancy for any given day can be seen by clicking on a selected date in the calendar that is displayed in the left panel. You can print this view for the current day and distribute it to the front desk and other housekeeping activities.

·    Click on Select Unit button go to a particular unit without using the scroll through the entire Reservation Chart to locate a particular unit. In the Unit Search dialog, you can search either by Unit Name or Unit Number. Enter the unit name or number in the Type Unit Name/No text box and the based on the entry, the unit name or number will be listed.

·    Click on the Reservation button to view the existing reservation details or enter new reservations.

·    Click on the Print button to print this view.

·    Click on the Close button to exit this screen.

·    The colors set to the reservations are set and can be modified in the Option Settings screen
