Customize Labels

Labels in selected screens can be modified to capture information that is specific to your particular property. For example, the amenities that are listed in the Room Information screen can be modified to list the amenities provided in your property.

  1. Select the screen for which you want to change labels. Labels in the following screens can be modified:

    2. ·    Room Listing

    ·    Guest

    ·    Reservation

    ·    Taxes

    ·    Inventory

    ·    Point of Sale

    ·    Rooms

    ·    Tax

  2. All the fields that can be modified for the selected screen are listed.

  3. To change a label, double click on the label that needs to be modified in the Change Label Here column.

  4. Enter the new label. The default labels column cannot be modified.

  1. Then click on the Save button.
